RBRVS 2025 Release Notes

RBRVS EZ-Fees 2025 Version 1.0 was released on 1/4/25.  The 2025 Conversion Factor (CF) is $32.3465.  Due to a last minute change by Congress the GPCI Work Floor of 1.0 was extended through March 2025. Unfortunately CMS did not make these changes and other updates available by our V1 release date.  The most updated RBRVS Units, GPCIs & Tables are included in Version 3.0 below.  See Help-About for Version Table  Dates.

October 2025 Version 5.1 (Revised 11.19.25) - Updated RBRVS, DMEPOS, LAB, & J Code Tables (Same as V5.0) with Error '48 fix. If you have Version 5.0 and do not get an error you don't need this update.

RBRVS 2024 Release Notes

RBRVS EZ-Fees 2024 Version 1.0 was released on 1/2/24.  The 2024 Conversion Factor (CF) is $32.7442.  Version 2.0 has the 2024 Gap table which was not available from our vendor at the time of the first 2024 release. Version 3.0 has revised January updates. Version 4.0 has an updated ASC table. Updates are cumulative so in doubt, update to the most current version.  See Help-About for version.

3.15.24 CMS released a new conversion factor of $33.2875 and updated relative value units. This represents a small increase from $32.774.  The new rate is effective March 9, 2024 -Dec 31, 2024.

RBRVS 2023 Release Notes

RBRVS EZ-Fees 2023 Version 1.0 was released on 1/4/23.  At the time of release the Conversion Factor (CF) was $33.0607.  A few days later CMS announced that the 2023 Conversion Factor (CF) will be $33.8872 based on the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (CAA23). This represents a 2.5% increase in the original CF $33.0607, a 4.5% reduction from 2022. RBRVS EZ-Fees 2023 Version 2.0 has this update with other January table updates.  All users need this update. 

Updates are cumulative so if in doubt, update to the most current version.  See Help-About for version.

1.6.21 CMS just released the new CF $34.8931 to comply with the budget neutrality adjustment. The new version 2.0 and update will be released and posted to this page on 1.7.21. V 1.0.0 which was released on 1/1/21 with CF $32.4085 and was changed to $34.8931. All V 1.0.0 users need this update.
