1. Exit out of RBRVS EZ-Fees 2024.
2. Download the most recent update zip file below to the application folder. The 2024 default location is C:\RBRVS EZ-Fees 2024.
3. Unzip the update file to the same application folder. When prompted overwrite the existing files (rbrvs.mdb, rbrvs24.exe,)
4. Restart RBRVS EZ-Fees 2024 from the icon on your desktop. You should see your user name and keycode pre-filled in the Enter Keycode screen. If these fields are not pre-filled you probably unzipped the files in step 3 to the wrong location/path. If so, redo step 3 and confirm that you are unzipping to the application folder C:\RBRVS EZ-Fees 2024.

Version 3.1 provides updated RBRVS, Gap, J Code, LAB, DMEPOS and ASC tables.  Version 3.1 fixes an error in the GAP code description. V3.0 and V3.1 have the same fee information. if you dont have the GAP license you dont need to update from V3.0 to V3.1.

RBRVS EZ-Fees 2021 Updates

1.6.21 CMS just released the new CF $34.8931 to comply with the budget neutrality adjustment. The new version 2.0 and update will be released and posted to this page on 1.7.21. V 1.0.0 which was released on 1/1/21 with CF $32.4085 and was changed to $34.8931. All V 1.0.0 users need this update.

Version 3.0 provides a new table for RBRVS, LAB and DMEPOS and realigns columns for better display with Windows 10.  All users need this update.  For the RBRVS table, 13 California localities (out of 112 in the US) have slightly revised GPCIs.  Affected localities are BAKERSFIELD, EL CENTRO, HANFORD-CORCORAN, RIVERSIDE-SAN BERNARDINO-ONTARIO, SACRAMENTO–ROSEVILLE–ARDEN-ARCADE, SALINAS, SAN DIEGO-CARLSBAD, SAN FRANCISCO-OAKLAND-HAYWARD (MARIN CNTY), SAN JOSE-SUNNYVALE-SANTA CLARA (SAN BENITO CNTY), SAN LUIS OBISPO-PASO ROBLES-ARROYO GRANDE, SANTA CRUZ-WATSONVILLE, SANTA MARIA-SANTA BARBARA  and SANTA ROSA.  In addition there were 110 codes with slightly revised RVUs.  A summary Excel spreadsheet showing these changes is available by request for registered users.

RBRVS EZ-Fees Update Instructions:

Note 1:   Updating will delete all user defined fee information (S1-S5, Freq1-Freq5 and tags).  If you wish to save this information simply backup your tables using File-Backup.  After updating select File-Restore to retrieve.

1. Exit out of RBRVS EZ-Fees 2019.
2. Download the most recent update zip file below to the application folder. The 2019 default location is C:\RBRVS EZ-Fees 2019.
3. Unzip the update file to the same application folder. When prompted overwrite the existing files (rbrvs.mdb, rbrvs19.exe)
4. Restart RBRVS EZ-Fees 2019 from the icon on your desktop. You should see your user name and keycode pre-filled in the Enter Keycode screen. If these fields are not pre-filled you probably unzipped the files in step 3 to the wrong location/path. If so, redo step 3 and confirm that you are unzipping to the application folder C:\RBRVS EZ-Fees 2019

2/9/18 Congress passed the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 which granted a two year extension of the Geographic Practice Cost Indices (GPCI) floor through December 31, 2019.  This Act raises the Work Index to a minimum floor of 1.0 for 52 localities and will cause any fee schedule for any service in these localities to increase.  As per Section 50201 of this Act changes to the Work (GPCI)  are effective retroactive to 1/1/2018.

2/9/18 Provides updates for mammography codes (77065, 77066, 77067 ) based on CMS Change Request (CR) Number: 10181

For claims with dates of service January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017, report HCPCS codes G0202, G0204, and G0206. For claims with dates of service on or after January 1, 2018, report CPT codes 77067, 77066, and 77065 respectively.
